Join a guided route through the mining heart of Bizkaia! We will enter the Galdames mountains to discover the landscapes and the traces left by the exploitation of the iron deposits. We will enter a mine with carbide lamps, we will learn about the minerals and how they were taken to the loading docks on the coast, we will relive daily life in the mining neighborhoods and discover endless vestiges.
The route has a distance of 8.6 kilometers and runs along comfortable tracks. It is suitable for anyone who walks regularly.
